Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a DevOps / Platform Lead to steer enterprise cloud infrastructure and developer platforms. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive automation, and collaborate with Security, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient platforms.

The role emphasizes cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD excellence, and robust observability while guiding governance, cost optimization, and developer velocity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
8–10 years in DevOps, cloud, or systems architecture.
At least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Experience designing production infra at scale on AWS/Azure/GCP.
Strong focus on zero-downtime deployments and security integration.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
Manage a high‑performing DevOps/Platform team and drive automation culture.
Define long‑term IDP vision; migrate to cloud‑native architectures.
Standardize CI/CD and IaC across environments for safe deployments.
Own SRE activities: SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response, post‑mortems; ensure platform reliability.
Partner with Security, Product, and Software Engineering to ensure compliance and secure by design.
