Job summary

P is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the DIP (Digital Innovation Platform) initiative in the Philippines. You will guide production software development, cloud-native efforts on Azure, and establish robust engineering practices aligned with product roadmaps.

You will collaborate with product teams and business partners, mentor junior engineers, and implement CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality software in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying production software.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and Platform Engineering.
