Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy firm, seeks a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer in Metro Manila to design, build and operate DevOps platforms, pipelines, and practices enabling reliable software delivery across global teams.

You will mentor engineers in CI/CD, automation, security, and reliability, and collaborate with software, platform, security, and architecture teams to improve delivery performance, governance, and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on DevOps/Platform experience across software delivery lifecycles.
Proven ability to balance speed with security, reliability and quality.
Excellent collaboration and communication in a global, cross-functional environment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex delivery and production issues independently.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable releases.
Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management for cloud environments.
Embed security, compliance, and quality controls into delivery pipelines (DevSecOps).
Support cloud-native architectures, container platforms, and automation tooling.
Troubleshoot complex delivery, infrastructure, and production issues across environments.
Act as a senior technical leader and mentor for DevOps practices.
