Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure production targets, schedules, and standards are met.
• Develop and implement production plans based on demand and inventory.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and facilities utilization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Purchasing.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor costs and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead, train, and manage plant personnel.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance for top management.
