Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of planning/scheduling experience in marine, coastal, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Familiarity with contract claims processes and delay analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and updating of project schedules for tender, consultancy, and construction stages using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ensure schedules, progress updates, and planning deliverables comply with contractual obligations and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with design, construction, commercial, and contract teams to align programmes with project objectives.
• Review contractor and consultant programmes, updates, recovery plans, and submissions.
• Lead the preparation of progress, productivity, and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Analyse productivity, resource use, and material quantities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain robust schedule records and documentation for claims and disputes.
• Identify schedule risks and provide proactive warnings and recommendations.
