  • Project Governance: Regularly track project milestones, progress, and financial savings.
  • You will conduct and participate in meetings to assess the thoroughness and execution of Lean content, supporting the Lean Section Manager in compiling and completing action items.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage expense budget objectives and capital equipment items to align with departmental goals.
What You Will Bring
  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Expertise: Solid hands‑on experience executing Lean manufacturing techniques, process mapping, and cell design in a manufacturing setup (semiconductor experience is a plus).
  • Analytical & Systematic Thinking: Proven ability to design measurement systems, identify systematic waste, and build practical project plans to transition processes from current to future states.
  • Exceptional Communication & Mentorship: Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills, with a track record of successfully communicating Lean philosophies and mentoring cross‑functional project teams.
