Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner Enterprise.
• Proficient in VuGen for script development and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance testing activities from planning through execution and reporting.
• Design performance test scenarios, workloads, and parameters using LoadRunner Enterprise.
• Develop, debug, and maintain performance test scripts using VuGen.
• Prepare and manage test data required for performance testing.
• Execute performance tests and analyze/extract test logs and results.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for system optimization.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter.
• Perform scripting, annotation, and correlation in JMeter.
• Coordinate with QA, developers, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
