Job summary

Delivery Hero's Philippines-based Finance Business Services SSC seeks an analytics-minded professional to architect and execute performance governance. You will design KPI/SLA frameworks for P2P, O2C, and R2R, standardize metrics, and establish governance forums as the single source of truth for the centre.

You will translate data into actionable insights, build dashboards with Looker/Tableau, and partner with finance teams to drive continuous improvement and automation across the SSC.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FP&A or performance management in high-volume environments.
• Strong data accuracy mindset and proactive issue identification.
• Experience with ERP/BI data reconciliation and governance.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve KPI and SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Establish governance forums and single source of truth for SSC data.
• Design dashboards and self-service analytics for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive automation.
