Your Role
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
- This role blends data-driven decision‑making, deep HR expertise, and strong stakeholder influence to shape a high‑performing, engaged, and resilient workforce.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leading end‑to‑end people initiatives across multiple business units—ensuring alignment between talent, culture, and business priorities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design across multiple corporate functions.
- Align people strategies with business goals to drive performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Influence leadership decisions through strong business acumen and insight‑driven recommendations.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle; translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
- Build and drive adoption of dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance).
- Build strong, credible partnerships with cross‑functional leaders and stakeholders, navigating complex organizational dynamics to drive alignment on key people initiatives.
- Act as a trusted coach to leaders, strengthening leadership capability and accountability.
- Lead and optimize the delivery of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational development.
- Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, processes, and programs in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and talent programs.
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and well‑being initiatives that drive measurable improvements in organizational climate and productivity.
- Design and deliver leadership and employee development programs to address capability gaps; support onboarding and assimilation initiatives to accelerate new‑hire integration and engagement.
- Coach managers on effective people management, feedback, and team development.
- Lead complex employee relations cases with sound judgment, fairness, and confidentiality; serve as a primary point of contact for workplace concerns with timely and balanced resolution; proactively identify risks and implement interventions to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
What You Need
- Proven experience as an HR/People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong expertise across multiple HR disciplines (employee relations, performance management, talent development, etc.).
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capabilities.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
