Job summary

Vertiv Philippines is hiring an AnalystII | Application and Product Security to perform security testing across embedded devices and cloud services (AWS/Azure). You will identify weaknesses in design and implementation, document findings, and coordinate with engineering teams to drive mitigations.

The role requires staying current with threats, supporting incident response, and helping to evolve internal testing processes while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related Engineering field.
• CISSP or OSWE certification and similar security qualifications preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in information, application, and embedded product security and/or IT risk management.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform security evaluations of embedded systems, mobile apps, and web apps.
• Research to find new vulnerabilities and enhance capabilities.
• Create detailed reports and proof-of-concept code documenting findings.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to remediate security gaps and ensure compliance.
