Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to design, develop and optimize complex Pega applications. You will lead the implementation of sophisticated workflows, ensure scalability, performance and adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers.

As part of the Pega Manila Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with Product Owners, CJEs and architects across Banking domains to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in Pega Development.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Pega CSA/CSSA certification: preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications with robust workflows.
• Independent feature ownership and on-time delivery of components.
• Optimize Pega applications for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting operations.
• Collaborate with CJEs, Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative environment.
