The role partners with Fund Controllers, Fund Managers, clients, and senior leadership to deliver accurate financial reporting and scalable process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Administration, with Private Equity.
• 4+ years of direct people management leading fund accounting professionals.
• Strong experience with NAV, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, LP reporting.
• CPA preferred; CFA or CAIA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and final review of NAV calculations across multiple Private Equity fund structures.
• Lead month-end close and oversee quarter-end and year-end financial statement processes with audit-ready workpapers.
• Oversee capital calls, drawdowns, and distributions across multiple fund vehicles.
• Review partner statements, including paid-in capital, unfunded commitments, clawbacks, and return of capital.
• Develop and deliver meaningful investor reporting and performance insights.
