Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking a Sr. Payroll Tax Specialist to coordinate payroll tax activities and ensure compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. The role liaises with tax vendors and agencies, manages reconciliations, and supports payroll tax filings.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of U.S. payroll tax experience, CPP preferred, and hands-on experience with major HRIS/payroll systems. This hybrid role involves collaboration with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams.

Formación

• 4–6 years of progressive U.S. payroll tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, filings, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP SmartCompliance, Kronos, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll tax registrations and account maintenance across applicable jurisdictions.
• Review, reconcile, and validate payroll tax filings, payments, and vendor remittances.
• Research and resolve payroll tax discrepancies, notices, and agency inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits of employee tax records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support year-end payroll tax activities, including W-2 processing and reconciliation.
• Serve as the payroll tax subject matter expert and provide guidance on payroll tax regulations and requirements.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Support payroll tax-related projects, system enhancements, testing, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining payroll tax procedures and documentation.
