Job summary

Coins.ph in the Philippines is seeking a Payments Product Junior Manager to join our Payments-Product team. You will help the product team decide based on data and industry best practices, while expanding fiat payment offerings and enabling smooth API integrations for partners.

In this role you will work with Engineering, Design, Finance, Compliance and external partners to scale the payments rail from user flows to settlement and reconciliation, owning key metrics like payment conversion and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; STEM or business/finance/economics preferred.
Experience building end-to-end payment rails for tech platforms.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build and expand fiat payment offerings in the Philippines and beyond.
Productize our payments solution for external partners.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend workflows.
Own related operational metrics like payment conversion rates.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business and ensure efficiency.
Interface with external clients for API questions and troubleshooting.
