Draft and review legal documents (affidavits, secretary certificates, quitclaims, contracts, memorandum of agreement, deeds, etc.)
Prepare internal and external correspondences
Meet with clients and buyers in escalated disputes, concerns, issues, etc.
Act as permitting, licensing, and compliance officer
Handle day‑to‑day concerns, inquiries, and legal procedures for property managers on site‑related issues
Attend meetings, conciliations, and mediations with clients, buyers, HOA, Condominium Corporations, and local and national government agencies
Coordinate with handling lawyers and firms for cases filed by and against the company
Provide consistent legal assistance and support to all company departments to ensure lawful compliance
Supervise the pull‑out and return of original copies of titles in the vault
Perform other administrative tasks and duties when the need arises
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent
