Responsibilities
  • Draft and review legal documents (affidavits, secretary certificates, quitclaims, contracts, memorandum of agreement, deeds, etc.)
  • Prepare internal and external correspondences
  • Meet with clients and buyers in escalated disputes, concerns, issues, etc.
  • Act as permitting, licensing, and compliance officer
  • Handle day‑to‑day concerns, inquiries, and legal procedures for property managers on site‑related issues
  • Attend meetings, conciliations, and mediations with clients, buyers, HOA, Condominium Corporations, and local and national government agencies
  • Coordinate with handling lawyers and firms for cases filed by and against the company
  • Provide consistent legal assistance and support to all company departments to ensure lawful compliance
  • Supervise the pull‑out and return of original copies of titles in the vault
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties when the need arises
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or any equivalent
  • Familiarity with government transactions, permits and licensing requirements, and reportorial requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate or construction law/industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of contract law, construction law, property transactions, and regulatory compliance
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
