The role requires 5–8 years of hands-on paid search and paid social experience, with Google Ads certification mandatory and Microsoft Advertising certification a plus. Remote work with US time zone alignment is common.

Qualifikationen

• Develop and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Performance Max.
• Create keyword strategies, ad copy frameworks, and bidding structures aligned with KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns to improve Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Support paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and others.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search and social strategies.
• Deliver insights and decks with performance results and recommendations.
