Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a hands-on senior creative based in the Philippines to own ideation, copy and briefs for paid ads. You will not edit or produce, but direct editors and teams from concept through to finished ads. Copywriting is the core craft and must be owned by you.

The role focuses on video-led, hook-driven direct-response ads (webinars, live events, offers) across Meta/YouTube, with a path to lead the creative team as it grows. Remote, contractor engagement, AU hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct-response creative and copywriting for paid social.
• Exceptional copywriting and written English.
• Track record with an account generating $500K+ in monthly revenue.
• Experience with personality brands / founder-led offers.
• Well versed in the Australian market with ads for Australian audiences.
• Video-led portfolio: conceived, scripted and directed video ads.
• Experience in a creative team with copywriters, video editors and crews.
• Fluent with AI tools across image generation, drafting and video.
• Available full-time across AEST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for paid ads: concepts, angles and hooks for Meta and YouTube.
• Write the copy: ad copy, video ad scripts, static/photo ad concepts and landing pages.
• Script promotional video ads: hook-driven, direct-response videos that sell webinars or live events.
• Brief and direct the creative team: turn concepts into briefs for editors and teams.
• Work with the media buyer: feed insights into new creative.
• Use AI fluently in the everyday workflow.
• Stay compliant with platform policies and financial-education constraints.
• Ship high-quality creative on schedule.
