Job summary

BruntWork in Metro Manila is seeking a hybrid Packaging Designer who can own projects end-to-end from artwork creation to production and delivery. You’ll design labels, mylar bags, and product packaging, and coordinate with customers, sales, factories, and the shipping team.

You’ll manage revisions with customers, keep versioned art files, and maintain a master order tracker. Strong Illustrator/Photoshop skills and 3D rendering ability are essential to produce print-ready files and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of packaging design experience with labels, flexible packaging, and product packaging.
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop with dielines, Pantone colors, and print production setup.
• Solid 3D rendering skills using KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design production-ready artwork for labels, bags, jars, tubes, and boxes.
• Prepare clean print-ready files with bleeds, spot colors, finishes.
• Create photorealistic 3D renders and mockups for approvals and sales.
• Work directly with customers on revisions and translate feedback quickly.
• Keep art files organized and versioned for reprints or revisions.
• Own end-to-end orders from PO through delivery.
• Maintain the master order tracker with status, actions and dates.
• Communicate lead times and shipping updates to customers proactively.
• Coordinate production schedules with factories and manage quality issues.
