Job summary

MGEN Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines invites an experienced Systems & Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise IT/OT systems across hybrid cloud environments. You will bridge IT infrastructure with ICS/SCADA, ensuring high availability, reliability, and regulatory compliance in power generation operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience supporting OT, SCADA, DCS, or industrial environments is highly preferred.
• Experience managing hybrid IT and OT environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise server infrastructure (Windows and Linux).
• Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Implement IaC solutions using Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Support OT environments (SCADA, PLC networks) and IT/OT integration.
• Collaborate with operations and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, reliable systems.
