Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a highly experienced Staff Database Administrator to lead the management, optimization, and support of our enterprise database environment. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS, Oracle database, and Oracle Linux.

This role is critical to ensure database reliability, scalability, performance, regulatory compliance, and data security across business-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of database administration experience.
• Expertise with Oracle Database (19c) and EBS.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills.
• Experience with data security, auditing, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, administer, and support Oracle database platforms.
• Tune and monitor Oracle EBS database performance.
• Manage EBS app tier, including workflows and printers.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and incident response.
• Collaborate with global teams for follow-the-sun support.
