Cognizant is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in the Philippines to lead a large, multi-LOB team and drive customer-focused service outcomes. You will oversee performance metrics, reporting, and client communications, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic collaboration across internal and external teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, process improvement, and change management, with a focus on optimizing resources and mentoring future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate; MBA would be an added advantage.
• Availability of US Visa is desirable.
• Willingness to work onsite and night shifts as required.
• Experience in US Insurance industry space is mandatory.
• Familiarity with project management practices & processes; Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt trained or certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team size of 200 and up with multiple LOBs.
• Report data and metrics to the General Manager for their respective Business Unit.
• Motivate, lead and develop the team; deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement customer strategies.
• Prepare client status reports and participate in client reviews.
• Act as point of contact for client and manage process escalations end-to-end.
• Contribute to offshore training strategy and staff development.
