Job summary

You will report metrics to the General Manager, drive customer-focused strategies, and partner with internal and external teams to ensure service excellence. The role requires strong management, communication and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvements, change management, and delivering client outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• College graduate with MBA preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Manila area.
• Experience in US Insurance space is mandatory.
• Industry certifications such as LOMA, FINRA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team size of 200+ across multiple LOBs.
• Report data and metrics to General Manager for each Business Unit.
• Motivate, lead and develop the team with strong people management.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver customer strategies.
• Oversee delivery of client status reports and reviews.
