Job summary

American Express International Inc. is seeking a senior member to lead operational risk technology initiatives. You will define user stories with business and technology teams, oversee UAT, and guide architecture choices to strengthen risk reporting and controls.

The role emphasizes proactive risk identification, monitoring, and compliance in a complex, global environment. You will shape and execute product strategies for risk systems, coordinate large technology programs, and integrate AI/ML

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational risk management, compliance, or risk technology.
• Experience designing and implementing complex risk solutions.
• Agile/Kanban experience with multiple projects.
• Experience in UAT, test-case creation, and product reviews.
• Ability to coordinate risk transformation projects with large tech platforms.
• Knowledge of Basel, SOX, CCAR and global risk frameworks.
