Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a detail‑oriented Production Planner in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines. The role focuses on CTB look ahead, IOC, and end‑item planning to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will balance work orders, monitor MRP inputs, issue rework orders, and maintain WS status reports in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field with 2+ years’ experience and proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CTB Look ahead, CTB IOC (For supply chain escalation)
• WS balancing - End Item Planning File Cap Graph (5 wks pick)
• Plan vs Input Monitoring
• Respond to MRP (End Item/subassy) 5 weeks to Start
• FAI remarks on WS (End Item/Sub assy)
• Production Plan (End Item/Sub assy) CTB-Weekly; CTB IOC update all open WS for escalation
• Rework work order issuance/Monitoring
• Work order completion Monitoring / Past due (End Item/Sub assy)
• WS Status 89 report (End Item & Sub Assy)

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Excellent understanding on ERP system (SAP)
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Work Sched: 08:30am to 5:00pm
