Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
• Participates in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize resources and meet delivery expectations.
• Supports the development of indicators that provide visibility to market trends and demand.
• Identifies appropriate demand streams and supports data relationship linkages.
• May work with product development leaders and sales teams to develop demand forecasts.
• Supports planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
• May collaborate with manufacturing to create monthly production volume plans using forecast, inventory, orders, and capacity parameters.
• Participates in identifying new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability and sustainability.
• May track metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Supports development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.
• Participates in establishing clear metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP.
• Adheres to EH&S practices and standards across the site.

• Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.

• Supports the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand.
• Identifies appropriate demand streams and supports in establishing data relationship linkages.
• May work with product development leaders and sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecasts.
• Supports in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
• May work with manufacturing team and participates in the development of monthly production volume planning using the Business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
• Participates in identifying and developing new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability and sustainability.
• May be responsible for tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Supports in the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.
• Participates in establishing clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP.
• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Excellent understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP)
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
