Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflows of multiple departments.
• Develop plans to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct audits to identify performance gaps.
• Lead corrective action planning and process improvement.
• Coach and train teams to improve skills.
• Evaluate performance using KPIs.
• Ensure readiness of resources and subcontractors.
• Contribute to subcontractor strategy and selection.
• Propose methods to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to the General Manager.
