Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an AML/KYC reviewer to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables across complexity levels. You will assess risk, validate regulatory compliance, and provide input to improve controls while mentoring team members.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and 3–4 years of AML/KYC or compliance experience, with a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of AML/KYC or compliance experience with QA focus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk validation.
• Experience reviewing complex KYC files and client structures.

THIS ROLE

A review position responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of AML/KYC and FATCA deliverables across all complexity levels. This role reviews compliance documentation, validates risk assessments, and provides technical input while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You’ll review and validate AML/KYC deliverables, including complex KYC files and client structures.
• You’ll assess risk ratings, challenge risk assessment decisions, and verify escalation outcomes.
• You’ll ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing CDD/EDD, FATCA/CRS documentation, classifications, and reporting requirements.
• You’ll oversee periodic reviews, assessments, deadlines, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
• You’ll document review findings, verify compliance conclusions, and perform other duties aligned with business needs.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You bring 3-4 years of AML/KYC or compliance experience, with expertise in quality assurance and risk validation.
• You possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to review complex compliance structures.
• You have experience driving quality control, standardization, and high standards of accountability.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring skills to support team success.
