Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a high-impact leader for the fund accounting department in the Philippines. You will guide a team of professionals, drive operational excellence, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver top-quality accounting services.

In this leadership role, you will oversee capacity planning, implement strategic improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining client satisfaction and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in fund accounting, financial reporting or related field; 1–2 years leadership.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, regulatory compliance, risk management.
• Proficient in reviewing complex financial reports and client deliverables.
• Skilled in resource allocation and workload planning.

Job Description

THIS ROLE

A leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the
fund accounting department. This role manages a team of accounting professionals, oversees complex
client relationships, and ensures delivery of high-quality accounting services. The position focuses on
people management and operational efficiency while maintaining overall accountability for team
performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• You have bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• You have minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field with at least 1-2 years leadership experience
• You have strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
• You are proficient in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables
• You are skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution to meet client deadlines and deliverables
