Job summary

IQ-EQ in the Philippines seeks a senior leader to drive operational excellence in the fund accounting department. You will manage a team of accounting professionals, oversee complex client relationships, and ensure delivery of high‑quality services with a strong focus on people management and efficiency.

You will lead resource planning, implement strategic initiatives, and partner with global teams to maintain client satisfaction while upholding regulatory and quality standards within a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related field with at least 1–2 years leadership experience
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Proficiency in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables
• Skilled in resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution to meet client deadlines and deliverables

Job Description

THIS ROLE

A leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the
fund accounting department. This role manages a team of accounting professionals, oversees complex
client relationships, and ensures delivery of high-quality accounting services. The position focuses on
people management and operational efficiency while maintaining overall accountability for team
performance and client satisfaction.
