STMicroelectronics in the Philippines is seeking a senior engineer responsible for coordinating NPI test and finishing activities, ensuring smooth transfer from development to production.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Test, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, defining qualification plans and ramp-up milestones while supporting debug and yield improvements to achieve robust processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience in semiconductor or manufacturing NPI environments.
• Hands-on experience with test and/or product engineering.
• Experience supporting ramp-up, qualification, and production stabilization.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI test and finishing readiness for new products / packages / processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among Test, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Define and track qualification plans, risk actions, and ramp-up milestones.
• Support debug, yield improvement, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure process capability, test coverage, and product robustness.
• Drive lessons learned and standardization for future introductions.
