Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager for onsite role in Cubao, Quezon City. The role requires leading end-to-end NPI programs, coordinating across Product, Purchasing, Compliance, Engineering, and Sales, and driving governance through dashboards and KPIs.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years PM experience, BPO/B2B US market exposure, strong English communication, and readiness to grow a team in the Philippines. Onsite work with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Program Manager experience.
• Able to handle multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience with compliance and performance management.
• Knowledge in technology products.
• BPO experience with B2B US market.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to grow and mentor a small team in PH.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs across product categories from kickoff to launch.
• Convert PM requirements and PRDs into detailed program plans with scope and milestones.
• Coordinate Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, and KPIs focused on timeline, cost, readiness, and risk.
• Provide transparent status updates and highlight risks and decisions to leadership.
• Manage multiple concurrent NPIs and mentor junior coordinators.
