Job summary

RTX, through Collins Aerospace, is seeking a Prin Spclst, Procurement (P3) in the Philippines hybrid role to lead non-product procurement initiatives. You will drive supplier negotiations, manage contract governance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and delivery across RTX programs.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, data-driven decision making, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of Non-Product Procurement typically obtained through experience or advanced education.
• Experience in contract governance and the review, analysis, enhancement and renegotiation of current contracts for executive approval.
• Proven ability to manage supplier evaluation, qualification, accreditation, and disqualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution in Non-Product Procurement across RTX/Collins commodity programs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and RFP/RFQ/RFI processes to reach productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with RTX standard terms, policies and regulations; coordinate with LEGAL/GT/ECO.
