Adopisoft is hiring a JavaScript Developer specializing in Node.js to join our team of highly skilled developers in Cebu. The role involves full product lifecycle participation, with potential leadership as a scrum master, and coaching for juniors.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 4 years of work experience in software development, including 2 years of recent experience in Node.js.
• Knowledge of SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI and clean coding principles is a big plus.
• Understanding of HTTP, TLS/SSL, basic security best practices, performance, and optimization.
• Experience in TypeScript, Nest.js, AWS, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests is a plus.
• Excellent Bisaya communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Sometimes might lead a small team and act as a scrum master.
• Coaching and code reviews for junior developers (senior position).
• Stay on top of the latest technologies.
