Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a highly experienced Manager - Network Operations & Services to lead enterprise network infrastructure operations across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet, and Data Center environments. The role emphasizes reliability, security, performance, and continuous service improvement in a large-scale hospitality setting.

You will oversee incident management, change management, and vendor relationships while driving automation, modernization, and operational maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Professional certifications in networking, infrastructure management, cloud technologies, or IT service management are preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 4 years in leadership or people management in infrastructure or network operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise network operations across LAN/WAN/Wireless/Internet.
• Oversee performance, reliability, capacity, and service delivery of network services.
• Manage incident, change, problem, and vendor escalations to minimize outages.
• Drive modernization, technology refresh, and automation initiatives for networks.
• Monitor, automate, and mature operational processes and security compliance.
• Lead and develop network teams, set goals, provide coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service level compliance.
