Job summary

ECI is a leading global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation for mid-market financial services organizations worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Network Escalation Engineer Team Lead to join our 24x7 managed services team, delivering complex network support and consulting across industries.

The role is hybrid with rotating shifts. You will mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot enterprise networks, perform vulnerability assessments, and document project details

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in network support or engineering with enterprise experience.
• CCIE or equivalent certification required.
• Advanced routing and switching knowledge with Cisco Nexus, BGP and OSPF.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support cases and follow up on aging incidents.
• Provide accurate notes on work performed for time tracking.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues for enterprise customers.
• Evaluate network and perform vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Prepare change scripts and perform network changes.
• Undertake network projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Document technical details and submit project reports.
• Attend weekly calls with clients for project or task work.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain network documentation.
