Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive hands-on network experience in enterprise environments.
• CCNP or CCDP certification mandatory.
• Experience in TAC or service provider operations with strong troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel overseas and handle night-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform design assessments translating customer and business requirements into network solutions.
• Design standard LAN/WAN models with HLD and LLD.
• Coordinate equipment installation with operators and local teams.
• Lead tests like failover, internet breakout validation, and firewall/optimization checks.
• Manage network fault and incident responses for outages and complex issues.
