Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior NetSuite Support Consultant to transform ERP challenges into business value. You will provide day-to-day functional and technical NetSuite support across multiple modules, log and triage cases, and ensure timely resolutions.

You will work with client stakeholders, manage SLA commitments, and contribute to continuous improvement while based in Ortigas with a day-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and integrating NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of core NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing.
• Experience with NetSuite support ticket management, including SLA handling and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical NetSuite support across multiple modules.
• Log, triage, prioritize, allocate and resolve support cases per SLAs.
• Manage SLA compliance and support reporting.
• Identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Estimate hours required to resolve client cases and escalate when needed.
