Job summary

Oracle Philippines is seeking a Training Consultant to guide customers in learning strategies and deliver instructor-led NetSuite training. You will host webinars, design curricula, and upskill customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will manage multiple engagements, ensure high-quality experiences, and travel as needed to support client implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP applications; NetSuite knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, services, and functional processes.
• Finance exposure and learning-content development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer learning needs and recommend eLearning, adoption tools, and tailored action plans.
• Design and deliver process-based training aligned with NetSuite leading practices.
• Facilitate end-user sessions, webinars, workshops, and advanced functional training.
• Partner with Professional Services teams to align training with implementation objectives.
• Deliver services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Manage training events, environments, setup, materials, communication, and delivery.
• Create high-quality assessments, curricula, eLearning content, and supporting resources.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, meeting scope, timelines, and utilisation targets.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to new offerings and continuous process improvement.
• Work a morning shift and travel when required.
