Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain core software solutions for our global clients. The position offers flexible working arrangements and reports to the CTO in Sydney.

The role requires leadership, mentoring, and hands-on development across the PAXUS product suite with modern engineering practices, security, and performance in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (required).
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years operating in a mid-senior or lead developer capacity.
• Strong experience with enterprise-grade, client-facing applications.
• Proficient with modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for global clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers within the team.
• Contribute to development standards, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and Support teams across APAC.
• Translate requirements into robust technical designs and participate in architecture decisions.
