Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a remote, contract-based project lasting six months. Start ASAP with work hours aligned to Manila time (10pm–7am), equipment provided, and an emphasis on delivering high-quality software.

You will develop features, mentor developers, and collaborate with an international team while integrating AI-assisted coding tools into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in .NET web development with Blazor and C#.
• Experience with Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) and HTML/CSS/JS.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core 6/7/8 and MVC/Blazor.
• Experience with SQL Server and T‑SQL optimization.
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of design patterns and OOP in C#.
• Excellent communication in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and fix bugs across .NET technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Design and sustain telecom application software.
• Engage with project teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Work with an international team on global support.
• Train and deploy new installations with Product Management.
• Lead AI-assisted development adoption and coaching.
