Job summary

Sharesource is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build end-to-end features using .NET 7/8, Angular 14/15, TypeScript, MySQL, and Elasticsearch, while maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8. You’ll own from design to release and contribute to Ruby backend services when needed.

You will lead in agile teams, set engineering standards, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and delivery. Remote with local Philippines base and occasional onsite activities.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience with C#/.NET (7 or later), Angular (14+), and TypeScript.
• Experience maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8 systems.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails or Ruby backend services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL design, queries, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Solid experience with trunk-based development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable owning end-to-end quality in a no-QA environment.

Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery: Participate actively in scrums, sprint planning, and JIRA workflows.
• Full Ownership: Own the design, development, testing, release, and support of your work.
• Full Stack Development: Backend in C#/.NET 7/8 and Ruby (as needed); Frontend in Angular 14/15/TypeScript; maintain AngularJS and Angular 8.
• Database design and optimization: MySQL.
• Trunk-Based Development: Keep codebase production-ready.
• Testing & Quality: Write and maintain automated tests without a dedicated QA team.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor peers, lead code reviews, uphold standards.
• Architecture & Design: Shape scalable, maintainable systems balancing new and legacy work.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Leverage Claude Code and Codex to boost productivity.
