Guerilla 360 Integrated Solutions in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Senior .NET Backend Developer to lead backend systems for real-time financial transactions. You will architect event-driven microservices, mentor engineers, and collaborate with DevOps on Docker/Kubernetes deployments.

The role emphasizes scalability, concurrency, and secure coding practices, with a hybrid work arrangement and ASAP start date. You will shape critical backend systems used by thousands of users daily.

Competenze

• 8+ years of .NET backend development experience.
• Expertise in event-driven microservices with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in async/await, TPL, and DI/SOLID patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL; NoSQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and lead backend engineers.
• Familiarity with secure coding and API security.
