Job summary

Talan Spain is seeking a Senior Murex Developer to join a demanding financial services project in an international environment. You will manage MX.3 environments, with a strong focus on Datamart, batch processing, EOD operations, platform management, and market data services.

The role blends hands-on delivery with production support and stakeholder coordination. You will gather requirements, coordinate with the Murex vendor via PEGA, and contribute to production stability, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Murex development or technical specialist experience.
• Strong experience with Murex Datamart, extractions and feeders.
• Practical MX.3 environment management and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Murex MX.3 environments including installations, upgrades and patches.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and support Murex services, logs and menus.
• Maintain EOD processes, batch chains and processing scripts.
• Develop and support Murex Datamart components and feeders.
• Collaborate with MDRS and market data processes within Murex.
• Analyze incidents across app, DB, batch, integration and infra.
• Develop Shell scripts and SQL components and translate needs into solutions.
• Gather requirements and coordinate with business users and vendors via PEGA.
