Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior business analyst with 6–8 years of Murex Front Office experience to join our financial markets practice in the Philippines. You will analyze business requirements, model transactions, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver end-to-end Murex solutions for Exchange Traded Derivatives.

The role involves workshops, solution design, and working closely with Front Office teams to price and book trades, ensure data quality, and support migration to MX 2.11.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with Murex Front Office modules.
• Experience migrating to MX 2.11 and working with Exchange Traded Derivatives.
• Strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving and system development.
• Exposure to multiple asset classes and front office processes.
• Ability to analyze product requirements and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on business analysis role in analyzing and proposing solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements.
• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.

SKILLS

Must have

• 6-8 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office modules of the Mx 2.11 platform Migration to work on Exchange Traded Derivatives
• Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets
• A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.
• Very strong exposure to all the asset class
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes
• Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test cases suite
• Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts.
• Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system.
• Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
