Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a seasoned investment professional to manage client portfolios by prudently deploying funds in line with policy and market objectives. You will develop fixed income and equity strategies through macroeconomic analysis, portfolio construction, security selection, and disciplined risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or treasury.
• Experience in economic and market research and presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global/local economic, market and industry developments affecting portfolios.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to Committees.
• Present fund performance and market insights during client reviews and internal updates.
• Conduct portfolio reviews using performance metrics to ensure alignment with objectives and risk parameters.
• Ensure accurate booking of investment transactions in trust systems.
• Support the Trust Banking Group's portfolio goals with related duties.
