Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to steer the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our mobile apps for iOS and Android.

You will provide technical leadership to the mobile team and collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires 5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years in a leadership capacity, and strong skills in native or cross‑platform frameworks, APIs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a mobile development team.
• Strong proficiency in native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift), or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns, version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to mobile developers.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
• Review code, conduct technical assessments, and ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and implement new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint activities using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor application performance and coordinate updates, enhancements, and bug fixes after release.
• Maintain technical documentation and development processes.
