Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile apps for Android and iOS.

You will collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable mobile solutions that support business objectives. The role requires 2-5 years of mobile development experience, proficiency in Swift or Kotlin/Java, and familiarity with Flutter/React Native.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Mobile Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms. This role works closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android, iOS, or cross-platform environments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services.

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mobile application development.

Experience developing native mobile applications using:

• Swift (iOS)

• Kotlin or Java (Android)

Cross-platform frameworks such as:

• Flutter

• React Native

• Strong knowledge of mobile application lifecycle and architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party SDKs.

• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting tools.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
