Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile apps for Android and iOS.

You will collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable mobile solutions that support business objectives. The role requires 2-5 years of mobile development experience, proficiency in Swift or Kotlin/Java, and familiarity with Flutter/React Native.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 2-5 years of mobile app development experience.
• Experience with native Android and/or iOS development.
• Experience with Flutter and React Native.
• Familiarity with mobile lifecycle and architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and SDKs.
• Proficiency with Git; familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android, iOS, or cross-platform environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and scalability of apps.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
• Implement security, data protection, and privacy best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specs.
