Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build the AI engine behind interactive roleplay experiences in Europe. You will develop ML models that understand learner responses, evaluate performance, and generate real-time coaching feedback to guide dynamic AI interactions.

You will operate as a hands-on, product-focused engineer, translating ML capabilities into reliable user experiences while collaborating with a high-performing engineering team to push rapid, measurable product impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years at a senior level.
• Strong practical knowledge of ML and applying it to real-world product challenges.
• Experience in a high-performing, scalable engineering org.
• Product- and business-oriented mindset guiding technical decisions.
• Hands-on, product-focused engineer delivering practical solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve ML models powering interactive roleplay and coaching experiences.
• Develop systems to listen to and interpret learner responses during sessions and assess performance.
• Create real-time feedback guiding learners on communication and performance.
• Design AI-driven decisions for avatar responses based on learner behavior and context.
• Apply ML to solve practical product challenges and translate capabilities into value.
• Contribute as a product-focused engineer across ML and software tasks.
• Collaborate in a high-performing team to design, build, test, and iterate scalable solutions.
• Prioritize rapid experimentation and measurable commercial and product outcomes.
