Job summary

NNIT Philippines is hiring a Senior Microsoft D365 FO Developer to deliver high‑quality Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will translate requirements into designs, lead timelines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement complex maintenance and development tasks.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem solving, and adherence to ITIL processes, with a hybrid work model (1–2 days onsite per week) at the Wilcon IT Hub in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 3+ years in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong design, development and maintenance experience in X++, Azure DevOps, SQL and SSRS.
• Experience with D365 environments, LCS, and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into high‑quality D365 FO designs and solutions.
• Define development timelines, estimates and implementation plans.
• Develop, test, review, and document code and configurations.
• Create prototypes to evaluate new tools/technologies for projects.
• Ensure a consistent technical vision and maintain standards across the team.
• Provide user training and support for D365 production processes.

You are able to translate this knowledge into pragmatic and sustainable solutions of high quality, in accordance with customer requirements. Additionally, you will assist with assessments, estimates and recommendations for the prioritization of change requests and defect fixing.

The responsibilities for the position are:

• Translating customer requirements into quality designs and solutions
• Defining development timelines, time estimates and implementation plans
• Implementing medium to complex maintenance and development tasks, involving other team members when and as needed
• Writing and reviewing code, documentation, and other project deliverables
• Developing software and customizations/system enhancements according to clean code concepts and best practices
• Fixing bugs in a timely manner
• Work with ITSM
• Creating proof-of-concept prototypes when evaluating new tools or technologies to be used within the project or development team.
• Ensuring all members of the team have a proper understanding of the technical vision.
• Ensuring that the technical vision is updated to reflect new requirements.
• Developing standards, policies, procedures, and systems for ensuring that software development/implementation is carried with consistently high quality and conforming to industry recognized standards.
• Auditing projects to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead solution design discussions.
• Provide user training and support adoption of D365 production processes.

Minimum requirements for the position are:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Computer Science) or with at least 3 years’ experience in software development work in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations (FO).
• At least 5 years of experience in the design, development and maintenance using X++, Azure DevOps, SSRS for reporting and SQL.
• Experience in Data Management Framework (formerly DIXF)
• Experience working with Workflows
• Experience in Electronic Reporting
• Experience in managing and deploying to Dynamics 365 Microsoft & Cloud Hosted environments through Lifecycle Services (Update, upgrade, refresh DB, Project onboarding)
• Knowledge of code promotion and version control in Azure DevOps
• Experience with Azure Pipelines
• Knowledge and experience in .Net framework, and C#
• Knowledge on Logic App, Function Apps, Azure Services.
• Managing and deploying to Dynamics 365 environments through Lifecycle Services (Update, upgrade, refresh DB, Project onboarding)
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex ERP problems.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies specifically Agile.
• Knowledge in business processes related to the following is a bonus:

• Practical experience with offshoring and cooperation across borders with experience in negotiating and resolving issues in a multicultural environment.
• Strong consultancy skills (i.e., should be able to advise customers on the cost/ benefit, and risks associated with project decisions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively and work at all levels of the organization.
• Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/tools.
• Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude
